Your privacy is very important to us. Protecting your privacy at all times is our goal in all situations. The information that is collected from you when you become a customer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. When you sign up at Design2Golf, you are asked to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth. Outside of those third parties that require it to complete the fulfillment of your order (shipping couriers or customs brokers, for example), Design2Golf will NOT share data with third parties. Your name and address information are used solely to process orders. This information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment. Your demographic information will be used for security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and that, when applicable, you are the owner of the credit card you are using to make payments.
Our Use of Log Files
When you visit this site your IP address, your browser type and your access times are automatically logged. This information is used to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click through data. This data helps our team determine what content visitors find most appealing so that the enjoyment of the site is maximized. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.
You may receive follow up communication from Design2Golf if you contact us, to follow up on processed orders, if we need to contact you for administrative purposes or occasional emails with applicable promotions, updates, and other related information.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our site.
