Ensure your entire D2G simulator system is always up and running for you, your family and friends. Our team now offers an extended annual support program to ensure any issues that may arise are immediately addressed and fixed in a timely fashion.

The following benefits are included in our online annual support program:

  • Priority access to D2G support team using new online ticket system
  • Schedule service appointment within:
    • 24 hours (business days)
    • 36 hours (weekends and holidays) 
  • We are an added layer of support for your launch monitor and other simulator technologies
    • If D2G cannot provide a resolution or direct support, we will facilitate support appointments with manufacturers on your behalf 
  • Receive the following discounts:
    • 25% off replacement front screens
    • 25% off onsite support if needed 
    • Discounted rates on replacement hardware, electronics and materials 
  • Free annual updates to your D2G automation system
  • What’s not included:
    • Onsite service (please see above, onsite support will be offered at a discount)
    • Replacement of hardware which is out of manufacturer warranty (i.e. failed electronics, TVs, monitors, computer components which have failed outside of the original manufacturer warranty)
  • Breaks down to $41.25 / month (program is billed annually)
